Esteban Rossi serves as senior vice president and chair of the BD Excellence Acceleration Office. In this role, Rossi is responsible for leading a team to accelerate the adoption and impact of the BD Excellence System through the identification and deployment of high-impact, value-creating opportunities across the enterprise, building and further embedding the BD Excellence capability throughout the organization, and deploying integrated reporting and measurement systems to ensure value is delivered and that we achieve the full aspirations of our strategy of Grow, Simplify and Empower and create sustainable and differentiated value for our stakeholders. He is a member of the BD Executive Leadership Team.
Rossi joined BD in 1996, bringing more than 27 years of experience in the healthcare sector across Latin America (LatAm) and Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) regions. Most recently, he served as vice president and general manager for Medication Delivery Solutions in EMEA and prior to that, vice president and general manager for BD Latin America. Prior to joining BD, Rossi spent over three years as a clinical laboratory professional in several hospital labs, as well as a researcher and professor at the National University of Buenos Aires.
Rossi holds a bachelor of science degree in Biochemistry from the National University of Buenos Aires, and a master of business administration degree from Salvador University and the State University of New York.
