BD ChloraPrep™ 제형은 클로르헥시딘과 이소프로필 알코올의 조합을 사용하여 세균의 급속한 사멸과 지속적인 항균 활성도를 제공합니다.

IPA는 세포 단백질을 변성시켜 미생물을 빠르게 사멸시키는 반면, CHG는 세포막을 파괴하고 세포 내용물을 침전시켜 지속적인 항균 활성도를 유지합니다. 또한 CHG는 혈액 및 기타 유기 물질이 있는 상태에서 피부에 결합하여 항균 활성도를 유지할 수 있습니다.
